i don’t know about it-but it sounds illegal-

students with disabilities must be accommodated (reasonably) in extra curricular activities..

they can only be excluded on an individual basis–such as a person in a wheelchair can’t be reasonably accommodated to play football, but a person using a racing chair was accommodated to be on the track team….
